Open bag, remove cat

Here is a page of a daily planner I designed and silk screened for my roommate's birthday. It encourages low stress levels and combats feelings of discouragement and prevents your whelm from going over. It even has a mood tracker so you can compare how you felt in the morning to how you feel at the end of the day.

He is 25 now and a grown up and therefore has to do adult things in a grown up manner. But just in case adulthood doesn't take for a while, I thought making a planner that didn't make you feel like a failure if you don't get to all the things you need to do would be helpful.

They're 5x7 cards I placed unbound in a nice little box with the instructions: Use once then destroy.
Because who needs a reminder of all the things they didn't get done?

Happy birthday, Adrian!
So... yer 30, right?
