Oddly enough, I never knew who he was until he was swapping spit with Natalie Portman. Even then, I did not know. I still don't.


Here is a version I did for Spaghetti Western sans acid and banjo solos.

i love devendra banhart. he's seriously an amazing musician. he used to also do it with one of the ladies of cocorosie.

the last album he did, "smokey rolls down the mountain" has a few songs with him singing about her and their break up. he also does a song with gael garcia bernal en espanol.

i love him. sigh.
